Narrative illustration

Composition with all the watercolor portraits of Portuguese notables form the tabula rasa childhood portraits project.

Conceptual illustration in gouache honouring the life of a dog pet named Frieda Pixel. On the foreground there's a copper holder with an incense burning. A metal bone shaped tag with the name of the pet seems to be floating while hanging from the incense fumes.

Composition in acrylic of two cockroaches in the middle of urban litter. The rubbish thrown onto the street includes cigarette butts, a button, a cotton swab, broken glass, a dry tree leaf, chewed chewing gum and its crumpled wrapper.

Composition of twelve illustrations of the same skull, rendered using twelve different techniques and materials, including graphite, ink, carbon dust, coloured pencils, watercolour and digital media.

Composition in gouache of several objects used and collected during a field trip to the Berlengas islands in Portugal. The objects include a magnifying glass, a pair of headphones, a watercolour case, a sketchbook, a boat ticket, a water brush, an eraser, a pencil, seagull eggshells, a piece of rock with a lichen attached and a beetle.
